I can’t log in to the app
Please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when joining SMH Insiders.
If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions.
My content isn’t loading
Try the following steps:

The app is crashing

How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Memberships can be managed through the platform where you subscribed.
If you subscribed through the app store, you can manage your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
